The Gala is the premier event for South Asian attorneys in Northern California and regularly draws a diverse audience of judges, attorneys, law students, academics, politicians, South Asian community leaders and prominent members of the state, local and other minority Bar Associations.
The Gala also benefits the SABA-NC Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization which provides public interest fellowships to law students committed to serving the South Asian community. The Foundation hosts a Silent Auction during the Gala featuring a host of unique auction items and SABA-NC donates a portion of the Gala's sponsorship proceeds to the Foundation. We are counting on your participation and generosity to make this year's Gala a success and to support the Foundation's good work in our community.
The Gala is also an excellent opportunity to mingle with your peers and celebrate with good food and music. The evening includes South Asian dinner and dessert. And for the first time, this year's Gala will feature both cocktail-party and sit-down dinner options. Dress code is semi-formal/cocktail wear, but South Asian attire is strongly encouraged!
